Membership Survey

Our members should have received an e-mail with a link to our fall membership survey.  The survey closes this Friday, September 28th.  If you have not completed the survey yet, you should receive a reminder e-mail later this week.  We are always looking for ways to bring value to our membership, so please respond with your feedback to help us.

Exam Registration Deadline

The final deadline to register for any of the ISACA exams is October 3rd (next Wednesday).  If you would like more details on the certifications and the exams, you can find information on our web site.

New York CGEIT Webinar Study Sessions

The ISACA NY Metro chapter is hosting a series of CGEIT webinar study sessions.  The sessions are four hours each, spread over five days, for a total of 20 hours.  The session dates and times are November 13, 15, 20, 27, and 29 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central.  Fees for the sessions are:

  • $630 for ISACA members who register prior to September 30th.
  • $770 for ISACA members who register October 1st or after.
  • $810 for non-members who register prior to September 30th.
  • $990 for non-members who register October 1st or after.

If you are interested in attending, you can register using the link below.

New ISACA CPE Reporting System

ISACA International recently launched a new CPE reporting system.  If you have received a membership renewal notice and visited the ISACA web site, you may have seen the new system.  If you have any questions or concerns about the new system, please feel free to reach out to me, and I can direct you to the correct resource.

Member Information

Periodically, we refresh our membership information recorded in Cvent from ISACA International provided membership roster details.  Sometimes, this results in us over-writing updated information you have entered into Cvent when registering for an event.  If you recently changed names, jobs, e-mail addresses, etc., please visit the ISAC International site to update your information.  When we do another update later this fall, your new information should come across.

New and Transferred Members

Please join me in welcoming the following new and transferred members to our chapter:

  • Brent Adams
  • Dana Klubertanz
  • Jeffrey Kunz
  • Hester Neilan
  • Kelsey Waag
  • Kelly Yang

I hope to see you at our October 10th event on Lean Security!

Matt Johnson, President, ISACA Kettle Moraine Chapter
